Eight years ago, I asked a friend a simple question: “Tell me two things you’ve experienced that are so satisfying and so sweet.” He paused, thought for a moment, and answered: “Grace and honey.”

Those two words stayed with me. They felt like a reminder of everything I was trying to cultivate in my own life — the grace to keep going, even when the path felt heavy, and the honey that shows up in the small, golden moments that make the journey worth it. That’s where the name was born.

Today, Grace and Honey is my way of sharing what I’ve learned along the way — the inspiration, the healing, the empowerment, and the honest reflections that come with choosing yourself again and again. I’m here to embrace my true potential, reclaim my power, and hopefully spark something in you as you walk your own path.
